Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients:
2 green tomatoes
1 Tbsp fennel seeds
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
1 Tbsp coconut oil for cooking
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Slice the tomatoes
Saute the fennel seed and garlic with the coconut oil in a frying pan
Add the sliced tomatoes and continue to saute
Saute until the tomatoes begin to become soft and change color, as pictured:
Remove from heat and serve
Enjoy!
