Summer Slaw

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup pea shoots
3-4 carrots, chopped
1 cup snow peas, chopped
4-5 radishes, chopped
2 lemons, juiced
1-2 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp olive oil
Chop/cut/shred all ingredients, as specified above
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Add the 2 juiced lemons, raw honey and olive oil
Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
