Paleo Meatballs

2 lbs Grass-fed ground beef
3 eggs
1/2 Medium onion, chopped
5-6 Garlic cloves, chopped
1/3-1/2 cup almond meal
1 tsp Black pepper
*Optional– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
(I also used some frozen mixed peppers in this recipe, and just shopped them in the food processor)

Mix all ingredients together

Roll into balls and place in a baking dish

Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes, depending on how big you make your meatballs

Eat as is, or add to your favorite sauce!
